Work Bay support space to include Maintenace storage, bulk equipment storage, battery room, and other storage room. The Administration space will include a classroom, break area, locker rooms, tool rooms, supply room and mechanical and electrical rooms. This project will also include a standalone 5,050 SF Unheated Storage Building with new utilities. Additional site work to include new underground site drainage, sewer, water lines, electrical and upgrade transformer. Other site improvements will be a new site access, security gates, parking areas, underground propane tanks, geothermal wells and equipment area.
