Be NFPA 110 compliant; B. Remove and dispose of existing generator (4.51 Kohler 60 kw); C. Remove and dispose of existing transfer switch (Kohler 200 amp); D. Remove and dispose of existing ATS; E. If the current concrete pad is not sufficient for the new generator: a. Remove and dispose of the existing concrete pad b. Install a new contract pad that meets new generator requirements; F. Furnish a temporary generator during installation of the new generator; G. Furnish and install new transfer switch H. Furnish and install 21-light remote annunciator in electrical room I.
