The Work Consists of the Following Approximated Quantities: 1) Demolition of Three City Owned Buildings. 2) Demolition of All Concrete Adjacent to and Within Buildings Being Demolished. 3) Grading of Property to a Smooth Finish. A) Site address is 1110 Railroad Drive SE, Jamestown, North Dakota 58401. B) The contractor is responsible for demolition, disposal, recycling, and removal of buildings, building contents and all concrete. a. Building A is approximately 4,300 square feet b. Building B is approximately 9,000 square feet c. Building C is approximately 4,000 square feet All Bids Are to Be Submitted on the Basis of Cash Payment for the Work and Materials and Are to Be Enclosed in a Sealed Envelope Which Must Be Addressed to the Undersigned City Administrator. In a Separate Sealed Envelope That is Attached to the Outside of the Bid Envelope, There Shall Be a Copy of the Bidder's Contractor's License or Certificate of Renewal Which Shall Be Accompanied by a Bidder's Bond in the Amount of 5% of the Total Bid, Executed by the Bidder as Principal, and by a Surety Company Authorized to Do Business in North Dakota, as a Guarantee That the Bidder Will Enter Into a Contract for Performance of Such Work if the Contract is Awarded to Him. Bid Bonds Must Be Executed by a Principal. Signatures by Other Than a President, Vice President, or Ceo, Must Be Accompanied by Sufficient Evidence (Duly Executed Meeting Minutes, Resolution, Power of Attorney, Etc.) to Indicate That the Signatory Has the Authority to Bind the Company or Organization. All Bid Security Shall Comply With Sections 48-01.2-05, and Amendments Thereto of the North Dakota Century Code. There Shall Be Endorsed Upon the Outside of the Bid Envelope Containing the Bid the Following: 1) Demolition of City Owned Buildings. 2) the Class of License Held by the Bidder 3) the Number of the Bidder's License. 4) the Name of the Person, Firm, or Corporation Submitting the Bid. 5) the Date on Which the License Was Issued or Renewed.
