TBRHSC is seeking an Agreement with a Proponent to provide Terrazzo Floor Repair at the property, located at 980 Oliver Road, Thunder Bay, Ontario, P7B 6V4. This includes repairing all damaged and degraded terrazzo and refinishing the flooring to a homogenous finish. The total area is an estimated 15,000 square feet. The total area will require refinishing, however, only moderate to heavy repair is required at sporadic locations within the areas highlighted on the attached floor plan.
