Demolition, site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Wenatchee, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Fifth and Emerson Pedestrian Crossing. Bid proposals wil be received by City staff at the City of Wenatchee, City Hal at 301 Yakima Street, and wil then and there be opened, read, and tabulated publicly. The Engineers estimated range of probable cost is $215K - $290K. Proposals received after the time fixed for opening wil not be considered. The major items of work include: hot mix asphalt for pavement repair; demolishing existing and constructing new cement concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, driveways, and curb ramps; adjusting existing storm structures; removing and installing pavement markings; installing Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFBs); signing; Work wil also include saw cutting, crushed surfacing, and traffic control. All work shall be completed in accordance with the contract plans, special provisions, and the 2024 WSDOT Standard Specifications.
