Transmission Line Construction - Herron to PRY-9 161kV Transmission Line Project. a) This project shall begin work on or before: b) This project shall be completed on or before: Scope of Work 2.1 Location This contract consists of constructing two 161kV Transmission Lines located between GRDA Herron Switch station and Customers PRY-9 Substation located in Mayes County Oklahoma. The Contractor and his subcontractors shall follow all applicable OSHA andGRDA Safety Manual rules. In addition, the contractor shall have at least one person, on site that is OSHA 30 certified, as a minimum. In addition, the Contractor shall have in place a safety program that is specific to this type of construction, including any site-specific safety measures needed. The details of the program shall be included in the proposal. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that all subcontractors also adhere to all OSHA and GRDA safety standards. The Contractor on-site Supervisor shall provide a weekly report to the GRDA Construction Coordinator/inspector, with daily safety talks, and will include any near misses, safety issues, etc. This shall be provided by Monday at noon the following week. Electric power will NOT be provided for this construction by GRDA. All temporary connections for electricity shall be subject to the approval of GRDA. All temporary lines necessary for the Contractor's execution of the work will be furnished, installed, connected, and maintained by the Contractor in a workmanlike manner satisfactory to GRDA and shall be removed by the Contractor in like manner at his expense prior to completion of the construction. The contractor's temporary electrical power, if furnished by GRDA, will be 60 Hz, single phase, 240/120-volt AC.
