The new facility will be for a capacity of 6,000 patrons, with around 4,500 fixed seats, berm and terraced seating, and fan amenities around the ballpark. The project will include a team store, exterior food hall pavilion, team clubhouses, dugout suites, press facilities, private club and suites, storage and maintenance, and other accessory areas. The structures will be of Type II construction, with a primary occupancy Group A-5, with other occupancies including A-2/A-3, S-1, S-2. The South parking lot is included in the project scope as well, with roughly 1,000 parking stalls and building pads for future F&B buildings.
