Site work for a detention facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a detention facility.

Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials and equipment to repair the fence column at 812 W. Morphy Street, Fort Worth, Texas,. Tarrant County Facilities Management is seeking a Contractor on a one-time Contract agreement to repair fence column at MHJDC (Works) per the pictures. Contractor shall consider, but not limited to: a) Examine the Works site and make allowances to accommodate existing conditions. b) Remove, salvage and reinstall stone at fence column to rebuild. c) All material shall be new, and free from defects, unless existing material is specifically shown to be reused and approved by Tarrant County representative in writing. Install all material in accordance with good workmanship standards. d) removal of all demolished materials from the site. Contractor shall carry out its own verification of the site conditions, shall inspect the work area, calculate, and verify including but not limited to: Rebuild stone fence column. Weld fence posts back to plates. Question Cuttoff Date & Time 8/9/2024 02 :00:00 PM (CT)
