Reference number: 1842007 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2024-08-22 Expected contract duration without options (in months) 36 The Municipality of Maria and the City of Carleton-sur-Mer are requesting tenders for the collection and transportation of household waste from residences, businesses, industries and public buildings located within their respective territorial limits. Tenders must be accompanied by certified cheques, payable to the order of the Municipality of Maria and the City of Carleton-sur-Mer, in the amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total tender for the 3-year contract, or by a bid bond from an insurance company in the same amount, valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the tender opening. The Municipality of Maria and the City of Carleton-sur-Mer do not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received, and no compensation will be paid to the bidder for the preparation of its bid. The applicant also reserves the right to cut out certain parts of the contract. The bidder is required to take cognizance of the two contract management policies issued by the Municipality of Maria and the City of Carleton-sur-Mer, which are attached to these specifications.
