Reference Number 0000275967 Question Acceptance Deadline Sep 03, 2024 02:00 PM EDT 1) Review the available building documentation: plans, Building Condition Report (BCR) and any previous studies relevant to the project. 2) Carry out any survey of existing facilities required to obtain a good understanding of the space and the activities taking place there. 3) Carry out an environmental assessment - phase 1 to validate soil contamination. Provide the additional separate price (excluded from the lump sum) in APPENDIX I. 4) Conduct interviews with the various user groups and project stakeholders to properly identify their needs, functional and technical requirements. 5) Produce a complete functional and technical program (PFT). 6) Overall assessment of the compliance of the existing building. 7) Assessment of the capacity of existing equipment to meet the new needs established (e.g. electrical panels, HVAC). Assess the equipment/furniture to be kept or replaced. 8) Briefly identify the adjustments/modifications that will need to be made to existing components/equipment to meet the identified needs. 9) The design requirements for an expansion must be presented. 10) Based on the information contained in the available documentation, as well as the verifications made on site during the surveys, the consultant must validate the remaining useful life of the equipment in place and the need to replace it during the work.
