Grimes County is requesting sealed bids from interested and qualified contractors for the demolition services and removal of a building in Grimes County. The Contractor will supply all labour, materials, and supervision necessary, including moving equipment and vehicles, to perform the job in a reasonable time frame once the bid is approved by the Commissioners' Court. The location is listed below: 1. Old Navasota Annex: 208 South Judson St. Navasota, Texas 77868. The selected contractor will have a demonstrated record of work experience including, but not limited to, the following: demolition and removal services. Under this bid, demolition and removal services include, but are not limited to site demolition, asbestos and lead-based paint abatement (EXHIBIT C: Asbestos Inspection Report), excavation and fill, erosion and sedimentation control, capping utilities, and removal service These services should be bundled, and all bids should include a breakdown of each service.
