The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide preconstruction services and complete construction services for the Lift Station 58 Refurbishment Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project. Lift Station 58 Refurbishment will include an expanded site layout to allow for a larger wet well and footprint for vehicles to enter the site. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the designer of record and City staff to ensure an efficient design approach for the project. This project site is located at 2022 E. Maryland Avenue. The estimated total cost for construction for this project is $3 million. A Small Business Enterprise goal will be established prior to the start of construction.
