Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Phoenix, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
SCOPE OF WORK The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide engineering services for the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport North Infield Paving and Drainage Improvements project. Services may include design and possible construction administration and inspection. This project site is located at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, 3400 E. Sky Harbor Boulevard, Phoenix, AZ 85034. The estimated total construction cost for this project is $20 million. This project will utilize federal funds and is subject to the requirements of 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26 and the U.S. Department of Transportation DBE Program. Inquiries regarding the project scope outside of this pre-submittal meeting must be directed to the Contracts Specialist. Firms must be registered in eProcurement as a vendor to submit a Statement of Qualifications.
