The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with the Deliverables. Through this RFP process, BC Housing is seeking to enter into a contract with an experienced, qualified supplier to provide Prime Consultant Services to advance the Project from concept initiation stage to completion/occupancy handover stage. The successful Proponent shall have extensive design and construction experience. In addition, the ability to bring a variety of stakeholders/user groups together to determine program and spatial requirements and ensure the building design responds to complex users needs. They will be responsible for the professional quality and technical accuracy of all designs and documentation they submit for approvals from authorities having jurisdiction and BC Housing's review and sign-off.
