**As of September 18, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $219,696.32** The project consists of one (1) base bid which includes the installation of approximately 600 LF of 8" PVC water main on Gates Avenue. The Mayor and Council reserve the right to waive any informalities and reject any and all bids. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. The Contractor shall, at his own sole cost and expense, furnish all labor, materials, services and whatever else may be required of every description necessary for constructing the improvements and completing the grading as shown on the Plans and as specified herein. The Contractor will construct, complete and finish the same in the most thorough, workmanlike and substantial manner, in every respect to the satisfaction and approval of the Engineer, in the manner and within the time hereinafter limited, and in strict accordance with the Notice to Bidders, Instructions to Bidders, Proposal, General Conditions of Contract, General Requirements, Specifications and Plans, including all modifications and addenda thereof incorporated in any of the documents before execution of the Contract
