Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project includes the installation of signals at the intersection of Fair Oaks Blvd at Kenneth Ave to improve safety and reduce the potential for accidents. Along with new signals, sidewalk improvements will occur. This includes the construction of new sidewalk to connect existing sidewalk, along with upgrades to existing sidewalk to current standards. Existing roadway pavement in the general area will be rehabilitated via a rejuvenating slurry seal, and roadway markings will be re-striped for increased visibility.
