This is a notice of intent from the United States Property and Fiscal Office- Texas (USPFO-TX) to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Sec-Ops, Inc. iaw FAR 6.302-5 Authorized by Statute (b) Sole source award under the HUBZone Act of 1997. Services to be procured: Galaxy Access Control System Installation. IAW the authority stated above, the requested services are only available from one vendor, Sec-Ops, Inc. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time
