On-call general construction services to include labor, materials, and supervision to perform minor construction, repair, renovations, alterations, and maintenance projects on an as-needed basis. Estimate: $2,500,00 Paid Sick Leave: The City of Tacoma requires all employers to provide paid sick leave in accordance with State of Washington law If a Bid Bond is used, the form furnished by the City must be followed; no variation from the language thereof will be accepted. The amount of the Bid Bond must be not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid PAYMENT AND PERFORMANCE BOND A payment and performance bond, including power of attorney, for this project is required in the amount of 25 percent of the Contract total Question Deadline: 10/14/2024 Questions can be submitted to Aaron Bratton, Senior Buyer, via email to abratton@cityoftacoma.org The City reserves the discretion to group similar questions to provide a single answer or not to respond when the requested information is confidential. The contract will be for a three-year period with the option to renew the contract with one additional one-year option to extend, for a total contract period of four years. The City reserves the right to cancel the contract for any reason, by written notice, as stipulated in the contract
