Annual contract to furnish all tools, labor and equipment necessary to provide inside delivery of Concrete Pipe, to the County of Henrico, Virginia, Department of Public Works, in accordance with the enclosed general terms, conditions and specifications. Question Deadline 08/12/2024 Should you have any questions concerning this Invitation for Bid or bid submissions through electronically please contact Beverly Mitchell at mit098@henrico.gov. The Successful Bidder is not required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond for this contract. The initial contract period shall be for the period of one (1) year. Contract prices shall remain firm for the contract period. All Bidders shall use the enclosed Bid Form in submitting their bid prices. The Purchasing Division reserves the right to waive any informality in bids and to award in part or in whole or to reject any or all bids.
