The City of Sacramento, Department of Utilities is soliciting bids to: obtain welding supplies and utilize the results of this bid to establish blanket purchase orders. Amount(s) of any resulting purchase orders will be set based on departmental spending trends not necessarily on amount of bid. These are estimated quantities and there are no guarantees of order size as stated in the bid document. Bid security can be in the form of a cashier's check, certified check, or a bid bond from a surety company authorized to do business in the State of California. Prospective bidders will be notified of any significant changes by addendum issued via the City of Sacramento's online bid portal. The City shall have the right to terminate at any time any Contract awarded pursuant to a bid that contains false information.
