Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a civil project in Waverly, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The work includes the furnishing of the labor, materials and equipment and the construction of a suction lift pump station, modifications to the existing wet well, approximately 30 linear feet of 6- inch force main with connection to the existing 6-inch force main, all associated instrumentation, control, and electrical, new generator, minor building repairs, and site work as required to restore existing conditions. Work also includes potable water lateral and coordination with Virginia American water for connection and backflow prevention. The Successful BIDDER will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds as described in Section The Owner reserves the right to reject any Bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such Bidder fails to satisfy the Owner that such Bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the Contract and to complete the Work contemplated therein. Owner reserves the full and unconditional right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all Bids.
