The Contractor shall provide all project coordination, labor, material, tools, management, travel, and equipment necessary to inspect and repair the Rated Wall Assemblies located within the Clement J. Zablocki Medical Center, Milwaukee, WI as identified on the Statement of Condition Drawings (SOC DWGS) for Buildings 111 and 144. The approximate combined square footage is 922,455. Work is to begin within 90 days of Contract Award Date.
