Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fruit Heights, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of October 15, 2024 , This project was awarded to Regency Excavation for $282,163.25..** The Project consists of the expansion of the existing storm drain system, asphalt paving, and curb and gutter and is generally located along Orchard Drive. No temporary or cold patching will be permitted on the Project. The completion date shall be as proposed by the Contractor Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted. No pre-bid conference will be held Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Zac Burk, zacb@jonescivil.com no later than 5:00 pm, August 15, 2024.
