Renovation of an educational facility in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Scope of work: 1. Construction of the concrete pad as indicated in the attached drawings. Reinstatement of the area affected by the concrete pad construction. 2. Construction of the electrical trench as per the attached drawing and reinstatement of the construction area affected by the trench construction. 3. Construction of the chain link fence with a 700mm wide chain link gate as indicated in the attached drawings. 4. Allow for 150mm Class A gravel around the pad to the fence as per the extent shown in the drawings. 5. Installation of all rough-in electrical work to allow the connection of the Solar Flower to the building. 6. All electrical work as outlined in the drawings and specs of the project. 7. Handling, installation, and connection of the Solar Flower as per the Installation Manual attached as Appendix A. 8. Installation and connection of the inside building components as indicated in the attached drawings. 9. Reinstatement of any damage that might have occurred during the implementation works. 10. The contractor is to be aware that due to the construction site being on the premises of the school that students and staff will use, part of the work might be required to be implemented after school hours or during weekends. A Bid Bond equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the Tender amount and a Letter of Surety from a bonding company guaranteeing to supply a Performance Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the total contract amount and a Labour and Material Payment Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the total contract amount.
