Purchase and Install B217 Ceramic Tiles in accordance with Performance Work Statement dated 6 August 2024. Refer to Attachments: Atch 1 - PWS 6 Aug 2024 Atch 2 - AF Form 66 Atch 3 - Drawings Atch 4 - ACM Report Atch 5 - Hazmat Auth Form (submitted post award) Atch 6 - Salient Characteristics (submitted with quote) **Site Visit Requests shall be submitted no later than 11:00 am MT, Tuesday, 13 Aug 2024. Refer to Instructions to Offerrs in solicitation document. Post Site Visit Questions submitted in writing no later than 11:00 am MT, Friday, 16 Aug 2024 to jordyn.tkachus.af.mil and liezel.mcintyreus.af.mil. **Quotes due by 11:00 am MT, Thursday, 22 Aug 2024.Submit via electronic email only to Jordyn.tkachus.af.mil and liezel.mcintyreus.af.mil. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform all work required for the purchase and installation of ceramic tiles, vinyl wall base, and vinyl transition strips to include the demolition and disposal of the existing tile, wall base and transition strips in the offices, laundry room, lobby, store rooms and alcoves of the Pool, Bldg. 217, Francis E. Warren AFB, Wyoming. See attached drawings for locations/measurements of new ceramic tile, vinyl wall base, and vinyl transition strips. The Contractor will not be required to move and replace furniture or equipment for tile demo and installation
