Demolition, site work and renovation of a fire / police facility in Caistor Centre, Ontario. Completed plans call for the demolition of a fire / police facility; for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The project in question is in regards to the full or partial demolition of the former West Lincoln Fire Station 2 located at 8635 Silver St, Caistor Centre, ON. Two options are required for the RFP: the first including the removal of the south end of the structure, while leaving the northernmost two bays standing and including the remediation/construction of a parapet between the standing south wall and the roof. The second option is the full demolition of the entire structure and removal of all debris. Additionally, a top-coat of asphalt for the existing parking lot is required for each option in the RFPs.
