Roadway and drainage improvements on Richard Street, from Daniel Street to Perry Street (southerly intersection), consisting of approximately 4,800 linear feet of granite curb, 465 square yards of Concrete Sidewalk, 4" Thick, 731 square yards of Concrete Sidewalk, Reinforced, 6" Thick, ADA compliant curb ramps, and drainage improvements consisting of approximately 400 linear feet of 12" HDPE pipe, setting new drainage castings, and other related improvements. The scope excludes milling and resurfacing of the roadway under this contract. The bid security shall be in the amount of the lesser of ten percent (10%) of the bid price or twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00). Within fifteen (15) days after receiving the Notice of Award of the Contract, the successful Bidder shall furnish one (1) bond to the Township as follows: a Performance Bond in an amount at least equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price. The bond shall be furnished in the form as annexed hereto or substantial equivalent thereof.
