Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.

Replacement of Two (2) Vehicle Wash Systems at Pace West Division. Written questions about this IFB shall be submitted to QuestionsAndAnswers@pacebus.com and will be accepted until 2:00 PM CT on July 25, 2024. Bond Requirements- 5% bid bond. The DBE goal for this project is 3%. Contractor shall furnish all materials, permits, labor, tools, support equipment, freight charges, mobilization and any other associated components not specifically listed in this specification but needed for the proper installation, or to meet the intent of this specification. Contractor shall remove two (2) existing wash systems, and replace with two (2) new drive-through, completely automatic friction and touch-less combination wash systems at the following Pace Division: Pace Division Address Pace West Division 3500 West Lake Street, Melrose Park Illinois 60160 Two (2) Existing Wash Systems to be Replaced Ross and White # 4x4 - OM
