Contractor shall furnish to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, travel, vehicles, bins, dewatering bins and incidentals necessary to provide Transportation and Disposal of RCRA and NON-RCRA drainage waste material to an approved Transfer Storage and Disposal Facility (TSDF), Class three (3) landfill, or designated Caltrans collection site. Certified SBs, Micro Businesses (MB) and Contractors willing to commit to subcontracting a minimum of twenty-five percent (25%) of their net price to certified SBs or MBs (if applicable) are encouraged to submit bids.
