Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in South Lake Tahoe, California. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Department of Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that are able to provide HVAC Shed Reconstruction Services, at South Lake Tahoe Area Office. Bids must address all of the services described in exhibit A entitled "Scope Of Work" that is included in the Proposed Agreement forms/exhibit sections of this IFB. California Law Requires Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation. All bidders for this solicitation, must meet the minimum DVBE participation requirement of 5%. Bidders are eligible to receive a DVBE incentive for their participation. For more information regarding this option, see section M of the IFB entitled "Preference and Incentive Programs. The term of the resulting agreement is anticipated to be effective from November 01, 2024 through October 31, 2025.
