Through both Electronic & Sealed Bid processes described in original advertisement, persons and/or firms interested in assisting the Authority with the provision of such services must prepare and submit an Electronic Bid and Sealed Bid in accordance with the procedure and schedule in this request of bid. The Authority will review and evaluate all bids submitted in order to determine if they have met all of the requirements herein and if they are responsive and responsible based on the inclusion of all the information required to be included as described herein.
