At the direction of the Owner, the contractor shall abide by any and all architectural documents, historical requirements, specification sheets and construction documents provided by MCPC and its design professionals. The Owner reserves the right to add future or delete facilities during the contract period. ***Bid Event: Bids must be made on the bid forms within this document, be enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the bidder and "REQUEST FOR BID CONTRACT #19-24 PAINTING CONTRACTOR FOR VARIOUS PARK COMMISSION FACILITIES." on the outside, and addressed to Mark Demareski, Q.P.A. C.P.W.M., Qualified Purchasing Agent, at the address above. The Park Commission is observing social distancing practices.
