W Portal Road 750' to be replace with 4 inches of SC 75 PG (58-28). The Boat Ramp will require 3 inch of SC 75 PG (58-28). Bidders to provide costs for reclamation, fine grade and new asphalt SC 75 PG (58-28). All dimensions and scope of work should be verified by Contractors prior to submission of bids. All work to be completed by the October 15th, 2024. Performance bond requirement of 115% of the value of the work. The winning contractor will be determined at the regularly scheduled Town of Grand Lake BOT meeting September 9th 2024.
