No late or faxed bids will be accepted. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure the solicitation documents are delivered to the correct address as noted in the Solicitation Documents. Solicitations delivered to other City of Greeley email addresses may be deemed as late and not accepted. Each bid shall be accompanied, by a certified check drawn on a bank which is insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance corporation or a bidder's bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in Colorado, made payable to the City of Greeley, Colorado, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the proposal sum as security that the successful bidder will enter into a contract to construct this project in accordance with the plans and specifications, and give bonds in the sum as hereafter provided.
