Reference Number 0000359797 The City and County of Broomfield is seeking a contractor to construct stormwater and pedestrian improvements along Garnet Street, West Third Avenue and Nickel Street ("Project"). This Project is partially funded with federal Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds ("SLFRF") made available by the American Rescue Plan Act 2021 ("ARPA"). The City and County of Broomfield will be using a Two Step Solicitation process as part of this Invitation for Bid Competitive Sealed Two Step Bidding for selecting a Construction Contractor. As part of the online Bid Submission Process, Bidders will be required to use a two-step Online Envelope Process, which will include: Envelope Step One- Bid Submission Envelope Step Two- Pricing Each item must be submitted separately, Pricing may not be submitted as part of Step One, doing so may be grounds for disqualification from the Bid.
