The County intends to use the results of this process to award a contract or issue a purchase order for the product(s) and/or service(s) stated: On-Call Electrical Services. Question Deadline 08/13/2024 at 4:00 PM CT All inquiries concerning this solicitation must be submitted via electronically. Question Response Deadline: September 17, 2024, 4:00pm. The contract shall be effective on the date indicated on the Dane County Purchase Order or the Dane County Contract execution date. The initial term length and renewal terms available are estimates only and are subject to change. Anticipated Terms (Calendar Dates) Term 1: January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025 Term 2: January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026 Term 3: January 1, 2027 - December 31, 2027 Term 4: January 1, 2028 - December 31, 2028 Term 5: January 1, 2029 - December 31, 2029 Dane County reserves the right to accept any part of this bid deemed to be in the best interest of the County. The County also retains the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
