Renovation of a mixed-use development in Moreno Valley, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and municipal facility.

Replacement of HVAC Units at the District's Operation and Maintenance Center, and Moreno Valley Water Reclamation Facility. Scope of Work Various air conditioning (AC) units have reached the end of their useful life and require replacement. The district is seeking competitive proposals to remove and replace four (4) AC units at the OMC and MVRWRF facilities. Contractor shall provide all new equipment, labor, tools, etc. for the removal, offsite disposal of existing AC units, and installation of the new AC units.
