*As of 09/30/2024, all bids have been rejected.* Auxiliary Gym Siding Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of 10% of the bid in accordance with the Instructions to the Bidders. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds for 100% of the contract. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to the conditions of the employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. No bidder may withdrawal his/her bid within90 days after the actual date of the opening. No bidder is permitted to request documents after August 27, 2024, and the last day to ask questions or request interpretations is 10:00 AM on September 3, 2024. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bid. D. The Work consists of: Demolition of existing EIFS and installation of new steel siding and trims.
