Forest Service Road Maintenance, Mechanical Roadside Brushing, Okanagan Shuswap Natural Resource District. Mechanical Roadside brushing involves the cutting of undesirable vegetation from within the cleared right-of-way to restore 'safe user access' and sight distance to original specifications. The contractor will complete approximately 182 Kilometers (18 Road Segments) of Mechanical Roadside Brushing, these roads are dispersed throughout the Okanagan Shuswap Natural Resource District. Estimated Contract Duration (36 months) If a Bidder finds any discrepancies, omissions, ambiguities or conflicts among the Tender Documents, the Bidder must bring them to the attention of Bill Borrett, Ministry Representative, not less than ten (10) business days prior to the Closing Date and Closing Time, by email to Bill.Borrett@gov.bc.ca. A business day means a day, other than a Saturday or Sunday, on which Provincial government offices are open for normal business in British Columbia.
