CONSTRUCTION SCOPE: The contractor shall execute the project as shown in this SOW. The contractor shall supply all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and supervision to provide a complete, finished, functional product. B. Pre-Construction Site Survey: The contractor, prior to the start of any on site construction activities, shall conduct a condition survey with the construction inspector, after which the contractor shall note the condition of trees, shrubs, grassed areas, concrete, and any structural damage that may exist immediately within or adjacent to work site.
