The Work Shall Be Performed in Full Accordance With the Plans, Specifications, Terms, and Conditions Contained in This Invitation for Bids (Ifb).this is a State of Florida Matching Funds Grant Project and the Terms and Conditions of the Grant Agreement Applies to This Solicitation. A Cone of Silence is in Effect With Respect to This Invitation for Bids (Ifb). The Cone of Silence Prohibits Certain Communications Between Potential Respondents and/or Suppliers and the City. Question Deadline 08/23/2024 at 5:00 PM ET This project consists of constructing improvements at Sunshine Drive Park and Donaldson Park to include a half basketball court, playground, rubber pathway, canoe launch and exercise equipment. The two parks are located within 1/2 mile of each other and construction is expected to occur simultaneously between the two parks. The scope is indicated on the plans and is specified in applicable parts of these Contract Documents. Bidders shall rely on the plans, contract documents, and addenda in preparing their bid. 1. Donaldson Park - $230,000.00 2. Sunshine Drive Park - $490,000.00 The total is $720,000.00
