Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Camden On Gly, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the addition of a medical facility; for the demolition of a medical facility; for the renovation of a medical facility; for site work for a medical facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project is a conference room addition to an existing support services building. The exterior scope of the project includes new parking lot asphalt paving. Site work will also include a new building entrance pedestrian ramp. The exterior scope of the new addition includes demolition of an existing deck and reusing existing foundations. The new addition will be built with wood framing and roof trusses. The exterior finishes will be vinyl siding and asphalt shingle roofing. New vinyl windows will also be installed. The interior scope of the project includes a conference room, bathroom, and storage room. The spaces will be finished with painted gypsum board walls and resilient vinyl plank flooring. Ceilings will be painted gypsum board. New lighting, mechanical (heat pump system), electrical power (within existing panel and service), plumbing (tied into existing supply and waste lines), and fire protection equipment shall be installed. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Camden Family Health, Inc. in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The Work will be substantially completed within 180 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and completed and ready for final payment within 30 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $500.00 per day. Webster County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids. All final questions to be addressed by addendum need to be submitted by 3:00 p.m. Thursday, May 22, 2025, so that we may finalize and format to be sent out.
