Proposals for the Partially Enclosed Pavilion Project.the Bidder Shall Register With the Town by Providing Their Company Name, Address, a Contact Email Address and Phone Number in the Body of the Email. Proposals Must Be Submitted Electronically. The Town Council Has the Right to Waive Any Information and to Accept or Reject Any or All Bid Proposals in the Best Interest of the Town. Notice to Proceed for the Partially Enclosed Pavilion Project is Anticipated to Be on or Around December 1, 2024. Bidders Must Register With the Town to Request Bid Documents and to Receive Notification of Addenda. Contact Town Hall by Email for Further Information Regarding the November Town Council Meeting and to Obtain Digital Files of the Bid Documents. All questions pertaining to the ITB are due by 12:00 PM November 7, 2024. Questions are to be submitted to the Town via email to michelletownofnewmarket@gmail.com.
