The Architectural and Engineering Design firm will be required to provide professional services in conjunction with the services of a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR). This is a Request for Qualification (RFQ). Responding firms are not required to submit price information nor work product with submittal packages. Compliance with NC G.S. 143-64.31 is required. Union County (UC) reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, to waive technicalities and to make such selection deemed in its best interest.
