Statement of Qualifications / Proposal ("SOQ/P") from highly qualified construction and project management professionals to perform construction/project management services for the District's upcoming modernization projects at several district schools ("Program"). The District is seeking construction managers who will be asked to submit proposals for the individual projects within the Program. The construction manager selected by the District for specific projects shall provide construction management services for such Project, including pre-construction and post-construction services consistent with the District's Agreement for Construction Management Services with its Construction Manager The District further reserves the right to accept any Statement of Qualifications/Proposals that it considers to be in the best interests of the District for the Project on such terms as the District determines are acceptable. Each construction management firm ("Construction Manager") responding to this RFQ/P shall comply with all of the requirements listed below. Failure to strictly comply with all of the requirements set forth in this RFQ/P may result in the Statement of Qualifications/Proposal being deemed non-responsive Any questions regarding this RFQ/P should be directed to Irene Boden, Assistant Superintendent of Business and Administrative Services, at iboden@castaicusd.com. Interested firms may also submit written requests for clarification or interpretation for this RFQ/P. Any such request must be received by the District no later 8/12/2024. The District has $5.8 Million (Measure QS) to complete small moderations and cosmetic work allocated for (4) district campuses, listed below: Castaic Elementary School Castaic Middle School Live Oak Elementary School Northlake Elementary School September 11, 2024 Board Meeting Any Construction Manager seeking additional information regarding this RFQ/P, shall e-mail only the Assistant Superintendent of Business, Irene Boden, at iboden@castaicusd.com. Any contact related to this RFQ or the Project with the District's Governing Board ("Board") or any member of the District's administration or staff, other than the Assistant Superintendent of Business, may result in the Statement of Qualifications/Proposal being rejected as nonresponsive or, if subsequently discovered, disqualification of the Construction Manager. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
