Erin Place Family Townhomes is a 34 unit, 7 building, development built in 2004, owned by the Dakota County CDA Workforce Housing, LLC and managed by the Dakota County Community Development Agency. Project Specifications will consist of the following document, plans, attachments, and any future addendums. Siding, Window, & Door Replacement Project for Erin Place Townhomes. This IS a prevailing wage project. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid MUST accompany each bid. The CDA hereby notifies all bidders that in regard to any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (D.M.E.) will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and / or proposals and will not be subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, age, religion, or national origin. The Dakota County CDA reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the contract in the best interest of the CDA. Bids shall be on the forms provided for that purpose and according to the bidding documents prepared by Dakota County CDA. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. A bid tabulation will be furnished to the Bidders. Please include DiamondKote LP 6" Lap Siding b. Please include DiamondKote 5/4 X 4 LP one-piece SmartSide Trim with nailing fin for all outside corners and prefinished 5/4 X 3 one piece inside corner trim c. Please include DiamondKote 5/4 X 4 Trim for frieze and around all windows/patio doors(existing entry door brick mold trim to remain in place). d. Please include Azek 5/4 X 6 One Piece Skirt Board @ grade to start siding and @ uppersiding @ roof. e. Please include Azek Trim @ back dormer locations above patio doors. f. Please include Azek 5/4 X 4 at base of all chimneys. g. Please include DiamondKote finished H clips at all butt ends of lap siding h. Please include prefinished Flashing by Design at all rake/roof wall intersections i. Please include DiamondKote LP Split Fixture Box & matching drip at light/elect fixture, hose bib, and vent locations. Address placard @ garage on brick to remain in place.
