The City of The City of Fayetteville is accepting sealed bids from properly licensed firms for Fayetteville City Hall’s HVAC improvements. This project includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of the existing selfcontained modular air handlers, boiler, cooling tower, split systems (indoor and outdoor units), vav boxes, and associated mechanical equipment along with existing associated electrical equipment serving the existing building site with new equipment 11/1/2024 06:00:00 PM (ET) Questions regarding this bid should be addressed to Amanda Beilfuss, Sr. Purchasing Agent at abeilfuss@fayettevillear.gov. Fayetteville shall not be responsible for lost or misdirected bids, or failure of bidder’s technical equipment. Each bid exceeding $50,000 Bid Bond -Bid(5.0%), Performance(100.0%), Payment(100.0%) The City of Fayetteville reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject bids, and postpone the award of any Contract for a period which shall not exceed beyond ninety (90) days from the bid opening date.
