a. Contractor to refurbish air handler units 3, 6, 12, and 13 as outlined below and in Exhibit "1". Replace any portions of rusted OSA metal ductwork and reinsulate. b. Provide and install HVAC New Life, or Palm Beach County (PBC) approved equal, which includes environmental cleaning of four (4) Air Handler Units (AHUs). Environmentally clean the coils and blowers utilizing the Cursory PURE-Steam, or PBC-approved equal, the GREEN (no chemicals) Sterilization Steam Cleaning Process (Green Clean Institute Certified Coil Cleaning Process), or PBC-approved equal. Environmentally clean the drain pan and apply PURE-Liner 2.0, or PBC-approved equal. Environmentally clean the interior housing then prime and apply PURE-Coat paint, or PBC-approved equal. Environmentally remove and properly dispose of fiberglass insulation liner and replace with white closed cell zero porosity insulation liner. Demolish the existing blower assembly and replace it with fan arrays.
