Reference number: 1857712 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-08-22 Electronic tender submission accepted: Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected contract duration without options (in months): 36 Without limitation, depending on the DE, the bidder will be required to perform the following work: - Supply and installation of category (6, 6a) structured cabling cables or components; - Supply and installation of patch panels and telecom cabinets, when required; - Diagnostics and repair of cabling networks; - Supply and installation of fiber optic cables; - Basic connections (jumper wire, interconnections) for relocating telephone sets, wireless access points, and any other computer network component; - Supply and installation of outlets, connectors and any other interconnection accessories required for work to be carried out in accordance with network outlet activation rules. The contract comes into force on the date of signature and has a duration of thirty-six (36) months. The expected effective date is around September 15, 2024. Hourly rates will be defined according to four (4) zones: - Zone 1: Lévis - Bellechasse - Lotbinière Rate A: Cabling work with HEPA enclosure Rate B: Cabling work without HEPA enclosure Rate C: Miscellaneous cabling work (labor only, no materials) Zone 2: Montmagny - L'Islet Rate A: Cabling work with HEPA enclosure Rate B: Cabling work without HEPA enclosure Rate C : Miscellaneous cabling work (labor only without materials) Zone 3: Beauce - Etchemins Rate A: Cabling work with HEPA enclosure Rate B: Cabling work without HEPA enclosure Rate C: Miscellaneous cabling work (labor only without materials) Zone 4: Thetford Mines Rate A: Cabling work with HEPA enclosure Rate B: Cabling work without HEPA enclosure Rate C: Miscellaneous cabling work (labor only without materials) Estimated time for structured computer cabling work For various projects related to structured computer cabling, the bidder must provide a broken-down cost estimate, including the number of hours, specifying the zone and the type of rate A-B or C in the Price Schedule, as well as the material required. Contract duration The contract takes effect on the date of signature and has a duration of thirty-six (36) months. The expected effective date is around September 15, 2024.
