Shipping Point or Suppliers Location Dorchester County Dept. Public Works, 5435 Handley Road, Cambridge, Maryland Blacktop Plant, 3960 Red Hill Road, East New Market, Maryland. A bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid shall accompany each bid A performance bond shall be required of the bidder who is awarded the contract in the amount of the total amount bid.
